About
Arise The Mighty Men is an online coaching site for men. The site includes regular posts on topical issues in addition to reoccurring themes. Links and sharing of other influential public figures will also appear.
Simon is passionate about God and seeing people come into the fullness of life that Jesus’ redemption paid for.
He seeks to challenge, encourage and empower men to breakdown barriers, attitudes and mindsets preventing them from living Holy God centred lives.
Simon received a seed from God in 2005 of a passion to see men break free from worldly limitations and expectations in their pursuit of and understanding of intimacy with God. This seed has slowly been growing and expanding its reach. Since then Simon has been involved at various levels of church leadership, intercessory prayer and chaplaincy. Simon has completed a Bachelor of Theology, and Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance), working in both the corporate and not for profit sectors.
Wondering how to expand this ministry’s reach, Simon heard the Holy Spirit speak to him in a dream regarding the Bible passage Luke chapter 5 verses 4 to 7. Simon realised that this seed was to become a global ministry, via the internet. Having toiled for many years, with many disappointments, this passage was reflective of this journey.
It was time to reshape the ministry and have a global impact via the internet, to cast out the nets on the other side, for there is a great catch waiting.
This ministry, “Arise The Mighty Men” has already impacted men in his circle of influence with existing clients already benefiting from his God given wisdom and life experience. The online aspect through website (www.arisethemightymen.com) are limitless. Whilst the content is aimed at guiding men through men’s issues, the audience is not restricted only to men. To maximise its impact, the content should be used for your own life as a man: single, married, divorced or remarried. In the case of women engaging with the material it is requested that the content be used to assist you in better understanding the men in your life.
Simon is actively involved as in leading men’s groups at his local church where he attends with his wife and their son.
